Former President Donald Trump has claimed that New York Attorney General Letitia James is a “communist” who is attempting to “destroy” New York state by fining him $355 million.
Trump argued in a Truth Social post on Thursday night that the fine, which came as a result of James’ business fraud lawsuit against the ex-president and his companies, was “unconstitutional.”
