While Taylor Swift is in the midst of her London Eras shows at Wembley Stadium, Travis Kelce enjoyed a day out in Kansas City with his Chiefs teammates.
Kelce, 34, took in a Kansas City Current game on Saturday, August 17, grinning for the camera and cheering on the women’s national soccer team alongside teammates Patrick Mahomes, Creed Humphrey, Justin Watson, Isiah Pacheco, Clyde Edwards-Helaire, as well as their significant others, including Patrick’s wife, Brittany.

“Teal Town 🤝 Red Kingdom,” the Currents captioned a series of photos of the Chiefs stars watching the game on Instagram. “We had a few champions stop by to say hello @chiefs 🩵❤️.”
Kelce was his fully animated self while watching the game, during which he stood in the same row as Humphrey and the Mahomes. In one photo, the Chiefs tight end — rocking a mostly clean-shaven look except for a mustache — smiled and posed with a peace sign in the air. In other snaps, he could be seen cheering on the athletes as Patrick and Brittany, who are expecting their third child together, did the same.
Kelce has been in Kansas City training for the upcoming football season. While he had traveled extensively with Swift on her Eras Tour any time he had off, the NFL star was not able to visit the pop star after a thwarted terrorist attack led to the cancellation of her three Vienna shows earlier this month. Instead, Kelce had to stay in Missouri due to obligations to the NFL and his team, according to Page Six.
Despite the demands from their respective careers — and the long distance — Swift, 34, and Kelce “are still in constant communication texting and FaceTiming each other,” a source told Entertainment Tonight last week, claiming that the couple are still “very affectionate with each other even when they’re apart.”
“Travis sends Taylor flowers and loves to shower her with surprise gifts and tokens of gratitude,” the insider added.
