Kylie Jenner shares surprise transformation in year-end social media post

Kylie Jenner surprised fans by sharing a photo of her sporting shocking bleach blond hair — a look from earlier in the year that was never seen in public. The picture was part of a year-end social media recap that The Kardashians star posted to Instagram on Sunday, December 29.

Jenner dubbed 2024 “what a YEAR” in her caption and teased fans: “went blonde for 24 hours” followed by a demure smile emoji. Fans had to scroll through to the nineteenth picture in her photo carousel to see the look. Her California blond locks were wet, and the photo was artfully tilted to show off one eye and dark brown eyebrows. She revealed no additional information.

Other photos in the post included behind-the-scenes moments from photo shoots with her reality TV family — including one of mom Kris, and a sweet family portrait moment with her two children, Stormi and Aire, with ex Travis Scott. There were also plenty of snaps of the fashion icon in glamorous frocks that ranged from her ethereal Oscar de la Renta gown from the Met Gala to the sexy black dress she wore to the CFDA Awards, designed by Jean Paul Gaultier Haute Couture SS23 by Haider Ackermann. And she didn’t leave out Sprinter, her new vodka soda water that appeared in two photos.

The social media personality, who boasts more than 395 million Instagram followers, is usually very revealing online. But she has once before proven she knows how to keep her private life private when she wants to — she kept her first pregnancy secret from the public until after she gave birth to daughter Stormi.
